An efficient TOC instrument based on wet-chemical UV oxidation, ideal for TOC analysis in ultra-pure water samples and for cleaning validation, with injection volumes of up to 20.0 ml.

- TOC determination in direct NPOC mode without blank subtraction, offering optimal sensitivity and precision. TOC measurement <1 ppm without oxidation reagent.

MULTI N/C PHARMA HT – FLEXIBLE TOC/TN ANALYSIS
A versatile instrument featuring a high-temperature combustion furnace for TOC/TN analysis in ultra-pure water and for cleaning validation. As an option, direct combustion of swabs enables detection of insoluble or barely soluble residues in TOC cleaning validation.

MULTI N/C 3100 PHARMA – HIGH SAMPLE THROUGHPUT FOR TOC/TN ANALYSIS
This instrument uses high-temperature catalytic combustion and offers a wide dynamic range, effective cleaning functionality, a high degree of automation, and parallel sample streams for large-volume throughput.

MULTI N/C 2100S PHARMA – THE SPECIALIST FOR TOTAL PROTEIN ANALYSIS
An instrument for TN analysis using high-temperature catalytic combustion and CLD detection. Suitable for efficient protein analysis in vaccine production or TN cleaning validation. Minimal testing effort is required, and the system allows a high degree of automation.
Features:
- No sample contamination or carryover due to direct injection without septa, using a microliter syringe and effective cleaning.
- Low sample volumes, with typical injection volumes between 50–200 µl (max 1.8 ml), helping to reduce costs for expensive matrices, e.g. in vaccine quality control.
- Wide working range from 0 to 200 ppm TN.
- High degree of automation for large test series (up to 112 HPLC vial positions).
