Versatile and flexible: wide range of accessories
Powerful and reliable, with a 10-year warranty on optical components
SPECORD PLUS stands for reliability, ease of use, and flexibility for accurate, simple, and versatile UV/VIS analyses.
High-end optics
At the core of all instruments are optics with quartz-coated components housed in high-quality enclosures. They ensure top quality, maximum performance, and outstanding durability. The monochromator with a holographic grating reduces stray light and delivers highly accurate measurement results.
With a minimal number of moving parts, the system guarantees optimal reliability, improved signal-to-noise ratio, and excellent energy efficiency.
True double beam
True double-beam technology (featured in SPECORD 200/210/250 PLUS) ensures maximum precision and improved long-term stability by measuring the sample and reference signals at the exact same moment. This ensures a real-time comparison between reference and sample, compensating for lamp drift and fluctuations. Blank reference solutions can also be compensated for.
